Esoterix joins WAYRA
Esoterix is thrilled to have been selected as one of 9 SMEs for the 2022 cohort of WAYRA Intelligent Mobility Accelerator. Around 180 businesses applied to take part, so it is a particular honour to have made it through.
The six month programme will facilitate partnerships between the challenge partners and the SMEs. It will also give the SMEs access to expert advice on how to grow.
This year's challenge partners are Department for Transport, Amey, Network Rail, and Transport for London.
The programme formally kicked off on 15th June 2022 at the Connected Places Catapult in London. During the day, each of the SMEs gave a short presentation about their solution and what they hope to gain from the programme.
The SMEs represent a broad cross-section of the mobility sector – from carbon counting (Everimpact) and air purification towers (Pluto) to walking routes (Go Jauntly) and bike lights that share road surface quality data with local authorities (See.Sense), to Esoterix’ focus on rail passengers and their journey experience. The other SMEs are Hello Lamppost, Innovation Factory, Tandem, and Transreport.
