Highly Commended at Spotlight Rail Awards

Esoterix Systems and Southeastern Railway received *highly commended* in the Delivering for the Customer category at the SPOTLIGHT Rail Awards.

Our project, PRISM, points regular customers to the best value tickets based on their individual travel patterns. For example, if a customer regularly buys Weekly tickets but travel frequently enough that they could save money by buying a Monthly, PRISM generates a message to let them know.

This campaign helps Southeastern’s customers save money on their travel. Why would a train company do this? Because this keen customer focus pays dividends: results consistently show that following conversion from the campaign, customers both travel more frequently and spend more money. This proper win-win may have helped this project stand out in a competitive field of 11 entrants.
